My Chemist wins pharmacy customer satisfaction again

My Chemist is again the industry leader for Australian pharmacies early in 2018 with a customer satisfaction rating of 90.4% in February enough to win back-to-back Roy Morgan monthly pharmacy customer satisfaction awards to start the year.

Close behind were December 2017 monthly winners Discount Drug Stores on a customer satisfaction rating of 89.8%, rivals Priceline on 89.3% and newly merged TerryWhite Chemmart on 89.0%.

“My Chemist has been the standout Australian pharmacy in recent years winning the Annual Roy Morgan Pharmacy/Chemist Customer Satisfaction Award for the first time in 2017 just ahead of the newly merged TerryWhite Chemmart. My Chemist won six monthly awards in 2017 compared to the five won by the combined TerryWhite Chemmart.

“My Chemist has built on an impressive customer satisfaction ranking in 2017 by taking out the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for pharmacies for the first two months of 2018 with a customer satisfaction rating of 90.4% in February 2018 edging out Discount Drug Stores on 89.8%, Priceline Pharmacy on 89.3% and TerryWhite Chemmart on 89%.
