Our client base continues to expand both in Australia and overseas, which has created an opportunity for a Business Development/Strategy Manager to join our Mobile, Internet and Technology Client Services team in Melbourne.

The Mobile, Internet and Technology team is a newly formed team with a focus on developing innovative market research services and products using the latest technologies and tools.

We are looking for an experienced person to assist develop business.  This role requires an experienced “solution-seller” and creative thinker who wants to be part of a dynamic, growing and innovative team.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and execute sales strategies for achieving revenue targets
• Identify new product and service opportunities
• Develop collateral and presentations that will assist the sales process

The successful applicant:

You will:

• Be an experienced Business Development with 4-6 years of track record of success and proven target achievement
• Alternatively, have 4-6 years in Product development and management (and are comfortable selling)
• Possess great communication and presentation skills
• Be a self-starter, motivated and have a dedicated attitude
• Be a solution focused person
• Have an analytical mind, with strong numeracy skills
• Be customer focused and passionate about the success of your clients

Ideally, you will have:

• Current relationships in the Telecommunications, Consumer Technology and/or Internet industries
• Experience selling to C-level
• Experience selling solutions into the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Corporate Strategy and Product management
• Experience selling or developing market research, data or business intelligence solutions
