An exciting opportunity has become available within the Roy Morgan Research Melbourne CBD office for a Researcher to join the prominent Household Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) Project team.  Reporting to the Project Director, this position is a senior role and an integral part of the project.

You will work closely with the Project Director to ensure the HILDA project is running to schedule and is managed effectively.  Your responsibilities will include writing annual field and project reports, development of hardcopy and CAPI questionnaires, project planning, client management and interviewer training

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Experience in client liaison
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent Presentation and/or training  skills
• Knowledge of questionnaire design
• Outstanding organisational skills and project co-ordination skills
• Strong administration skills with focus on attention to detail
• Knowledge of Confirmit software or CAPI field management experience  will be highly regarded
• Experience working on longitudinal or social research projects would also be of value

This pivotal role is suited to a self-starter who is astute, has strong people skills and who wants to make a positive contribution to the success of the HILDA Project and the company’s performance.
