Online Community Manager

Roy Morgan Research is Australia’s best known and longest established market research company. We are expanding our Online Panel area and this newly created position has extensive scope to develop for the right individual.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining our online community environment for panelists and will act as its public face interacting with them, increasing participation and response rates and recruiting new panelists.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, your responsibilities include editorial and planning strategy, developing and publishing content, enhancing site usability, enriching the panelists’ interactive login area and optimising incentives. Your extensive knowledge and expertise in managing online panels will enable you to accelerate the recruitment of new members and retain existing panelists, ensuring they feel appreciated, engaged and stimulated.

This is a critical role within Roy Morgan Research and the successful applicant will have experience in:

  • running online community panels;
  • developing and marketing panelist incentives;
  • referral network strategies;
  • application of privacy policies;
  • web technologies and;
  • social media tools such as blogs, forums etc.

Above all you will be energetic, enthusiastic and proactive in your approach so that you can set the pace for others to follow.
