Roy Morgan Research is seeking to fill the role of Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in our Sydney office. In this role you will manage the accounts of already established prominent clients and be active in identifying new business opportunities within the Media industry.

The management of these accounts will involve liaising and presenting to the client, training on our proprietary software ASTEROID, writing reports and proposals, adding value to the client through the provision of additional services when required and providing data insights that will help to enable the client to discover their competitive edge.

We are looking for:

·         High level customer service skills including superior communication skills

·         Strong awareness of and experience in the Media industry

·         An analytical mind and strong numeracy

·         Clear written and verbal communication skills

·         Knowledge of market research and its application

·         Relevant tertiary qualifications
