	Account Director - Media Opportunity to work with a leading Market Research company Sydney CBD office Media Focus Roy Morgan Research is seeking a Media Account Director to join the team in Sydney. The successful applicant will work closely with market research data and should be comfortable with their ability to draw and clearly communicate insights to key clients. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities and managing a portfolio of Media industry accounts with a particularly emphasis on media and advertising agencies. This includes liaising directly with clients, negotiating contracts, responding to briefs, interrogating our comprehensive research database, identifying and analysing marketing insights intelligently and delivering presentations. Other duties involve quality improvements and contributing to the questionnaire development process. You will have: Excellent knowledge of the Australian Media and Advertising Industry Understanding of the role of Roy Morgan Readership and Single Source data within the media industry Demonstrated high level of customer service and communications skills Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a similar role An analytical mind, with strong numeracy skills Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail This role forms an integral part of the Sydney office, managing and servicing many of our high profile Media Clients. You will have additional responsibilities including training clients on our proprietary software and acting as a point of contact for any support queries they may have. Experience in using ASTEROID and high level of computer literacy are desirable.
