Roy Morgan Research is the largest Australian-owned market research company. Our client base continues to expand which has created an opportunity for an Account Manager to work within our Media Client Service team. More Senior applications will be considered.

Reporting to the Industry Director, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of clients.  This includes liaising directly with clients, interrogating our comprehensive research database, identifying and analysing marketing insights intelligently and creatively, training clients in our proprietary ASTEROID software and delivering presentations.

This role will suit an experienced marketing or market research professional who possesses excellent numeric skills, has a strong customer service focus and understands the power market research information can have in making business decisions.  Tertiary qualifications are desirable, previous experience in a media organisation is essential.
