Roy Morgan Research is seeking to fill the role of an Account Manager in their Tourism, Travel and Leisure Client Services department. In this role you will manage the accounts of already established prominent clients and be active in identifying new business opportunities.

The management of these accounts will involve liaising and presenting to the client, training on our proprietary software ASTEROID, writing reports and proposals, adding value to the client through the provision of additional services when required and providing data insights that will help to enable the client to discover their competitive edge.

We are looking for:

• An analytical mind and strong numeracy skills
• Strong awareness of, and experience in, marketing and/or Tourism industry
• Knowledge of market research and its application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven skills working in a team environment
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Sociology, Psychology, Market Research, or Business & Tourism
