Our client base continues to expand both in Australia and overseas, which has created opportunities for Account Managers at various levels to join our Client Services teams in Melbourne and Sydney. You will be responsible for managing the market research needs of already established prominent clients. These positions will give you an opportunity to work directly with clients, developing customer relationships through management of their market research needs. This involves analysis and provision of meaningful, relevant and actionable insights then writing reports on these insights as well as presenting them to allow them to discover their competitive advantage. In particular, the role involves using our syndicated research database to identify, analyse, prepare and present market research insights intelligently and creatively to meet client objectives. You will also be encouraged to look beyond the data for innovative ways to address client information needs and inform strategies. The roles also involve developing new business opportunities and proposing additional research services to address client business issues.
