Roy Morgan Research, Australia’s best known and longest established Market Research company, has an opportunity for an Assistant Account Manager to join its Sydney Media & Finance teams.  The Media team is responsible for managing a large number of high profile accounts in the print, digital and broadcast industries and involves a high level of customer service.  The Finance team works across banking, insurance, superannuation etc.

We are looking for:

• High level customer service skills including superior communication skills;
• An analytical mind and strong numeracy;
• Clear written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of market research and its application;
• Strong awareness of and interest in the Media/Finance industries;
• Relevant tertiary qualifications;
• Graduates encouraged to apply.

This role will suit a person who possesses excellent written, verbal and numeric skills, has a strong customer service focus and understands the importance of market research in making business decisions.
