Roy Morgan Research is the largest Australian owned and longest established Market Research Company in Australia.  Our client base continues to expand both in Australia and overseas.  We have an opportunity for an Assistant Account Manager/Account Manager who is dynamic, motivated and customer orientated to join our Finance Client Services team.

In this role you will be involved in the management of already established prominent clients in the Finance industry.  In particular, the role involves using our syndicated research database to identify, analyse, and present market research insights intelligently and creatively to meet client needs. 

Your responsibilities will include analysing data, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data, writing reports, liaising with and providing meaningful, relevant and actionable insights to clients that will help them discover their competitive edge.

Previous market research experience will be highly regarded.

We are looking for:

·         Clear written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail

·         Competency in Microsoft Office applications

·         Finance industry or market research experience looked upon favourably, but not essential

·         Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Psychology or Statistics
