Your excellent written and presentation skills will help you create compelling training materials.  Your well tuned verbal skills ensure you communicate clearly and succinctly to people at all levels. 

You will be passionate about customer service and helping people to solve their business problems.  You will be organised and work well under pressure.  You will be proficient with technology and skilled with the Microsoft Office group of products.
