CATI Field Supervisor
Roy Morgan Interviewing Services requires a capable call centre supervisor to work on a casual basis in their busy outbound market research call centre. Hours will be varied; however, most shifts will involve working from 3.45pm to approximately 9:30pm on Monday to Friday, and during the daytime on weekends. To be considered, applicants must demonstrate an understanding of MS Office applications, display a high attention to detail, be able to work in a team environment and have the maturity required to deal with competing work priorities. You must also have an exceptional ability to manage people. Experience supervising in a market research setting will also be looked upon favourably. |
