Our client base continues to expand both in Australia and overseas and recent changes have created an opportunity for a self-motivated and highly skilled Support Officer to join our CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) Field team.

This position is primarily responsible for the day to day upkeep of administrative tasks that support the CATI Field Department (call centre), including administering payroll and allocating shifts to our interviewers to ensure the most cost effective and timely completion of CATI projects.

This role will also review and advise on updates and changes to paperwork and procedures, coordinating the paperwork associated with work allocation to Interviewers and Supervisors and the management of Field projects as directed by the CATI Field Manager.
