In the last 12 months, Roy Morgan New Zealand has shown significant growth in its client base and is poised to achieve breakthrough business in a range of market segments.
As a result of the growth and potential of our New Zealand operations, we are looking for an experienced professional with strong management and leadership skills and market research technical ability which may have been gained as a market researcher or as a user of research services in a major corporation. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage a team of market research professionals, liaise with our Corporate Headquarters and work with and further develop our current portfolio of clients using your innate understanding of client needs, research knowledge and relationship building skills. The position is based in our Auckland office.
To succeed in this role we expect that you will be a seasoned leader and manager with strong business development, market research and customer relationship management skills. You will be comfortable dealing with a premium product that delivers significant, unique and reliable market information to clients. You must posses well developed communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working with key decision makers in organisations. Your management and leadership skills will get the best from our dedicated staff who will be looking for your leadership and direction. Significant experience working in the market research industry is essential.
