Roy Morgan Research is the largest Australian owned and longest established Market Research Company in Australia located in the Melbourne CBD.

We are currently seeking experienced casual Interviewers (with Face to Face or telephone experience) for an exciting and important Federal Government research project. The project uses the latest computer assisted personal interviewing technology (CAPI). Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

As well as interviewing you will be required to provide ongoing support and supervision to our Field Interviewers and sample members and complete basic clerical tasks within our friendly and motivated team. There will be no sales involved and a mixture of inbound and outbound calls. Supplied sample outbound calls only — no cold calling

Initially this project will require you for 10-12 weeks with the opportunity to work on the next stage if suitable. Flexibility of hours is required with shifts including; day, evening and weekend work and a commitment of 25-35 hours per week is essential.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Proven experience in face to face or telephone interviewing (minimum of 100 hours)
• A friendly and professional outlook and the willingness to work as part of a team
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (minimum intermediate experience in Microsoft Office)
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Ability to multi task
• IELTS of 8.5 and above
• Minimum availability of 24 hours per week including at least one weekend shift
