An opportunity has arisen for someone to head our telecommunication and utilities client services team. The job is to grow existing client relationships and develop new ones.

As the business activities of our telco and media clients continue to converge you will work closely with the substantial Roy Morgan media industry group, which has an important presence in the new media space.

You will have a solid background in market research and, ideally, experience in the telecommunications industry. The position is based in our Melbourne office.

The role will see you managing and mentoring a group of qualified market research professionals and promoting our products and services to our existing and potential client base.

To succeed, you will have strong customer relationship management skills. You must be confident of your ability to analyse information and deliver clear insights that are relevant and add value to clients.  It is expected that you will be experienced in applying the results of market research to address clients’ business issues. 

Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, negotiation skills, communication skills and team management capabilities are basic requirements of this role.  A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
