Our Blue Chip client base continues to expand both in Australia and overseas, which has created career development opportunities both in Australia and internationally. This has led to an exciting opportunity within our Client Services Auto team.
The Client Services - Automotive team is now looking for an exceptional Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join them in servicing their many Blue Chip clients.
Reporting to the Industry Director, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities and servicing a portfolio of industry accounts. This includes liaising directly with clients, writing proposals, interrogating our comprehensive research database, identifying and analysing marketing insights intelligently and delivering presentations. Other key duties involve client reporting and continuous quality improvements.
This role will suit a person who possesses excellent written, verbal and numeric skills, has strong presentation skills and understands the importance of market research in making business decisions.
We are looking for:
- High level customer service skills including superior communication skills
- Experience in Marketing Services, Automotive industry and/or Market Research
- An analytical mind and strong numeracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of market research and it's application
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (mandatory)
