Reporting to the Operations Administration Coordinator, the role has responsibility for updating internal databases, receiving and answering respondent queries and undertaking general administration tasks as required.

The successful applicant will:

• enjoy customer service
• have a clear and professional telephone manner
• welcome a variety of tasks
• have intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Access)
• be eager to learn
