In the business of providing commercial marketing information to a range of industries, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Client Service professional with research skills within a financial or banking setting to join our Sydney based client service team and work with Australia’s leading financial institutions.

Responsible for a portfolio of industry clients you will be required to cement and grow client relationships by interrogating our comprehensive research database and identifying, analysing and presenting marketing insights confidently, intelligently and creatively.  With a strong focus on customer service you will also have a sound understanding of marketing principles and demonstrated data interpretation capabilities.

Reporting to the Group Account Manager, it is essential that you possess strong leadership capabilities as you will be working in a team environment directing and coordinating Account Managers and support staff.

This role will suit a marketing professional with significant experience in either market research or a marketing stream within the Banking and Finance sector. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products are essential. Salary package will be commensurate with experience.
