Roy Morgan Research is the largest Australian owned and longest established Market Research Company in Australia. We are currently seeking Senior Confirmit Survey Programmers to join our Operations Group.

This role provides a great variety of work on CAWI / CAPI Surveys and an opportunity to develop a wide range of technical skills while increasing project management and overall market research knowledge.

You will have:
•Tertiary qualifications in computing, statistics, market research or related field
•Minimum of 2 years experience with Confirmit
•Experience with other software such as Surveycraft, SPSS, Professional Quest or Bellview
•Demonstrated ability to think logically
•Take responsibility for your own workload
•Work as part of the team; within a fast turn-around environment

Demonstrated people management skills and experience in Java script and HTML code are an advantage.

Tasks for this role include:
•Technical implementation and management of research projects.
•Questionnaire programming
•Sampling and weighting
•Data analysis
•Leading and mentoring other staff and
•Ensuring quality procedures are followed.
