Morgan - LORD MAYOR Gary Morgan and his family have lived and worked in Melbourne for nearly 50 years. He is a prominent local businessman and one of Australia's leading social and political researchers. His wife Genevieve Morgan, is an active member of 'Save the Elms'.
He is Executive Chairman of Australia's largest independently owned market research company Roy Morgan Research, which has its Head Office in Melbourne with other offices around Australia as well as in the UK, US, NZ and Indonesia. He is proprietor of:

Margaret Wood - DEPUTY LORD MAYOR As President of the East Melbourne Group, Margaret Wood is a well-respected leader in the Melbourne community.
Within the East Melbourne Group, Margaret Wood has led a team that has successfully lobbied Melbourne Council to upgrade library and community facilities, improve planning rules and to preserve the heritage and culture of Melbourne. Under her guidance, an extensive number of heritage buildings have been added to the Heritage Register of Victoria.
She has also campaigned for better services for ratepayers, better protection for parks and gardens and cleaner streetscapes.
Margaret Wood is a graduate of Melbourne University and lives with her family in East Melbourne. Her husband is County Court Judge Tim Wood.
Peter Clarke - COUNCILLOR Peter Clarke is an architect who specialises in the development of aged care and senior living projects and has worked in Melbourne nearly all his life. A graduate of RMIT, Peter has been involved in the creation of the Melbourne City planning scheme 'City Plan'. Other achievements include: Director of the Institute of Architects 1990-95 Director of the Property Council of Australia 1995-2000 Former Mayor and Councillor for City of Heidelberg Board member Old Treasury Building Created the strategy for residential living in the CBD, which became known as 'Postcode 3000'
Emily Tang -COUNCILLOR Emily Tang is a Public Accountant and International Trade Consultant with an MBA in International Business Management.
She has been running a tax agency and a travel agency in Melbourne since 1986 and has been actively involved in several community and charity organisations. In 2001, Emily Tang was awarded Certificate of Appreciation by the Premier in recognition of her voluntary service to the community.
