HOW TO ENTER

In order to participate in this promotion, respondents are required to complete and return the National Consumer Poll and Personal Media Diary or complete a promoted prize draw survey (“The survey”).

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 14 and over (“Eligible Respondents”). Employees and their immediate families of Roy Morgan Research cannot participate in “The survey” and are thus ineligible for prizes.
3. Entry to the promotion is by invitation from Roy Morgan Research field Interviewers and must be completed by the respondent who completed the initial survey ("Establishment Survey"). An Eligible Respondent will receive two (2) entries for completing and returning the National Consumer Poll and Personal Media Diary.
4. An Eligible Respondent who completes a promoted prize draw survey within the promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the promotion for each promoted prize draw survey they complete.  The method for entering the promotion in this way is by:
     a) Email invitation.  The respondent will be provided with an URL link to provide access to "The Survey".
     b) Paper based. respondents are invited by mail or by general invitation to complete a paper based survey.
5. Roy Morgan Research reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
6. All entries must be received by the stated closing date for that survey. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. All paper based surveys must be received at Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins St Melbourne 3001 by the close date for "The Survey".
8. All surveys completed by email invitation must be fully completed and submitted electronically by the close date for "The Survey".
9. In addition, an Eligible Respondent’s entries will accumulate and be entered into the Major Prize Draw. Promotion commences on December 10, 2011. Final entries close at 12am midnight EST on December 7, 2012.  All entries received during this period go into the Major Prize Draw.
10. During the promotional period there will be four (4) x Minor Prize Draws and one (1) x Major Prize Draw. Entries received during each period will go into that Minor Prize Draw.
11. Major Prize Draw is to be conducted on December 10, 2012 at 12pm at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000 .
12. Major Prize Draw: the first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a cheque made out to the winner for $10,000.
13. Minor Prize Draw: the first valid entry drawn in each Minor Prize Draw 1,2,3 & 4 will each receive a Coles Group & Myer Gift Card to the value of $1,000.
14. Promotion for the Minor Prize Draws commence in the following order:
    
    
    • Minor Draw 1 promotion commences December 10, 2011. Closes 12am midnight EST April 13, 2012. Draw will be conducted on April 16, 2012 at 12pm at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
    • Minor Draw 2 promotion commences April 14, 2012. Closes 12am midnight EST July 13, 2012. Draw will be conducted on July 16, 2012 at 12pm at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000
    • Minor Draw 3 promotion commences July 14, 2012. Closes 12am midnight EST September 14, 2012. Draw will be conducted on September 17, 2012 at 12pm at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000
    • Minor Draw 4 promotion commences September 15, 2012. Closes 12am midnight EST December 7, 2012. Draw will be conducted on December 10, 2012 at 12pm at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000
      
      
15. Total potential prize pool is $14,000. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a Coles Group & Myer Gift Card voucher has been lost, stolen or forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set out on the voucher.
16. If the winner of the major or minor prize draw is under 18 years of age, the prize will be given in consultation with the winner’s parent or guardian.
17. In the event of there being any unclaimed prizes an unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on March 22, 2013 at 12pm at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
18. Winners are to be notified by phone, mail and published in “The Australian” on the following dates:

Minor Prize Draw 1 -  April 23, 2012
Minor Prize Draw 2 -  July 23, 2012
Minor Prize Draw 3 -  September 24, 2012
Minor Prize Draw 4 -  December 17, 2012

Major Prize Draw -  December 17, 2012
Unclaimed Prize Draw  -  March 28, 2013

17. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct “The survey”. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in “The survey”. However, entrants’ personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than the Promoter for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
