HOW TO ENTER

In order to participate in this promotion, respondents are required to complete the Roy Morgan Research Business Leaders Panel online survey ('The survey').

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who have completed "The Survey". The respondent will also need to be aged 18 or have the permission of their parents or legal guardian ('Eligible Respondents'). Employees and their immediate families of Roy Morgan Research cannot participate in 'The survey' and are thus ineligible for prizes.
3. An Eligible Respondent will receive one (1) entry for completing the "The Survey".
4. Roy Morgan Research reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.Respondents who attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods, will void that respondent's entries.
5. All entries must be received by the stated closing date for "The Survey".  No responsibility accepted for late or misdirected entries.
6. The first two valid entries drawn will each receive a 16 GB Apple iPad2 with WiFi + 3G - RRP $729.
7. The promotion commences August 19, 2011 and September 18, 2011 at 12 midnight or when the survey quota is fulfilled..
8. The Prize Draw will be conducted on September 19, 2011 at 3:00 pm at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
9. No one individual prize will be valued at over $1,000 and the total prize pool for the promotion will not exceed $100,000.
10. Each Apple iPad2 will be delivered to the winner by Registered Mail. Each Coles Group and Myer Gift Card will be delivered to the winner by registered mail.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the prizes are lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
11. The winners will be responsible for any ongoing network cost for WiFi and 3G transmission.
12. If the winner of the prize draw is under 18 years of age, the prize will be given in consultation with the winner’s parent or guardian.
13. In the event of there being any unclaimed prizes an unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on December 15, 2011 at 11:30am at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
14. The winners are to be notified by phone, mail or email and published in “The Australian” on September 26, 2011.  The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (if applicable) will be published in “The Australian” on December 21, 2011.
15. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct 'The survey'.  If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in 'The survey'.  However, entrants' personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than the Promoter for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes.  Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
