HOW TO ENTER

In order to participate in this promotion, respondents are required to complete an online survey ('the survey') and have the Roy Morgan Website Counter successfully installed such that the counter provides the respondent's Internet usage during the promotional period.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who have completed the short survey on how they use the internet, and havesuccessfully installed an application that measures internet usage. The respondent will also need to be aged 18 or have the permission of their parents or legal guardian; and own the device or have permission from the owner of the device, that they are installing the application onto ('Eligible Respondents'). Employees and their immediate families of Roy Morgan Research cannot participate in 'The survey' and are thus ineligible for prizes.
3. An Eligible Respondent will successfully install the application onto their computer. Upon confirmation via email from Roy Morgan Research that the application is working and sending Internet usage, they will receive one (1) entry in the Cash Prize Draw.
4. Roy Morgan Research reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
5. All entries must be received by the stated closing date for 'The Survey'.  No responsibility accepted for late or misdirected entries.
6. The first two (2) valid entries drawn for  the Cash Prize Draw will receive $1000 by remit or money order . The next 10 (ten) entries will receive $200 by remit or money orders  The next eighteen (18) valid entries will each receive a $50 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card.
7. The promotion commences November 12^th, 2011 and closes 12 midnight EST November 30^th, 2011.
8. The Prize Draw will be conducted on December 1^st, 2011 at 3:00 pm at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
9. No one individual prize will be valued at over $1,000 and the total prize pool for the promotion will not exceed $100,000.
10. Each Coles Group and Myer Gift Card will be delivered to the winner by mail. Cash prizes will be by remit or money order.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the prizes are lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.  Redemption of the Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions set out on the Gift Card.
11. If the winner of the prize draw is under 18 years of age, the prize will be given in consultation with the winner’s parent or guardian.
12. In the event of there being any unclaimed prizes an unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on January 31^st, 2012 at 11:30am at the premises of Roy Morgan Research, 401 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
13. Winners of the $1000 and $200 Cash Prize Draw are to be notified by phone, mail or email and their names will be published in "The Australian" on December 9^th, 2011.  The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (if applicable) will be published in "The Australian" on February 7^th, 2012.
14. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct 'The survey'.  If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in 'The survey'.  However, entrants' personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than the Promoter for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes.  Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
