Installation

The Ultimate Survey install program should automatically run when you put the CD into the CD drive however if it does not then you can manually run the Ultimate Survey install program called "UltimateSurvey.exe". A DirectX 7 install program will also automatically run after the Ultimate Survey install program but you can also do this manually by running the program "DirectX7\\DXSetup.exe"

Problems running the program

Most problems are due to not having the latest DirectX version installed - See Installation above to install the latest DirectX version. All other programs should be closed first.

Having DirectX installed you must also have a computer with the following minimum requirements:

• Windows 95/98/98SE/2000/ME ( The game will not run under Windows NT )
• DirectX 7.0
• Pentium 133 or compatible
• 16 MB RAM
• 30 MB HDD space
• 2Mb video card
• DirectX compatible sound card (Note game will run if no sound card present)

If you are experiencing problems running the game, try these proposed solutions:

• No other applications or programs are running - if necessary, restart computer
• Direct X is installed
• The CD is not scratched or damaged
• Windows is installed correctly, as is your sound card and appropriate software
• After installing program and it still doesn't run, restart computer
• Check if other games work correctly after installing them
• If autorun does not start automatically, click on setup in Windows Explorer
• If characters walk without pressing any keyboard buttons, it may mean that another program may be running, close and restart game after closing other application, you may also have to restart PC
