CATI Operations is a traditional full-service "tab shop", supplying a range of services including: giving advice on design of questionnaires; programming questionnaires using PTT's Bellview CATI software; producing toplines or holecounts as required; analysing data and producing results as hard copy tables using PTT's STAR package as well as creating data disks in ASCii, Excel, SPSS etc,. We also load data into our in-house analysis and tabulation product ASTEROID.

We have a dozen or so staff who are experienced in a number of these areas. All staff have knowledge of every facet of our operation and we have an active training regime concerned with the development of staff to help with improving the service offered by the CATI Operations Department.

We have our own dedicated CATI Coding Department, meaning we can respond quickly to fast turnaround research, and we have a specialised CATI Establishment Survey department dealing with the international recruitment of respondents for the company's main product - Single Source.

Our dedicated Administrative Officer ensures the smooth running of CATI Operations and the strict adherence to agreed schedules.

We are also involved in the growing area of Web surveys and are developing methodologies to ensure sound sampling and analysis techniques are brought to this relatively new area.

As the company expands overseas (as well as into new areas domestically), so too do we expand, taking on new staff to cope with demand. This gives our staff the opportunity to develop in areas of interest to them, while still servicing the CATI clients' needs.

We are in a position to cope both with the company's international growth and with the market's developments in data processing.
