Our approach is to go beyond simply asking respondents how satisfied they are with a particular product or service. We ensure that we put their responses into context, by ascertaining the relevance or importance of that particular product or service to each individual. In many instances we use this information to create customer satisfaction performance indicators that not only assess the current performance of any given aspect of an organisation, but also enable comparisons to be made against pre-determined benchmarks for performance. Survey results can be clearly and easily shown graphically to immediately identify aspects that require urgent attention.
