
Public Understanding of Laws Survey Terms & Conditions
HOW TO ENTER
In order to participate in this promotion, respondents are required to complete – the Public Understanding of the Law Survey (“The survey”).
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 and over who have completed the survey. (“Eligible Respondents”) Employees and their immediate families of Roy Morgan cannot participate in “The survey” and are thus ineligible for prizes.
- An Eligible Respondent will receive one (1) entry for completing the survey. The method for entering the promotion in this way is by:
a) Email invitation. The respondent will be provided with a URL link to provide access to the survey. - Roy Morgan reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Respondents who attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that respondent’s entry. All entries must be received by the stated closing date for the survey. No responsibility accepted for late or misdirected entries.
- During the promotional period there will be one (1) x Prize Draw.
Entry received during the promotional period will go into that Prize Draw. There will be ten (10) winners per prize draw. - Prize Draw: the first ten (10) valid entries drawn in the Prize Draw will each receive an EFTPOS card with a value of $500.
- Promotion for the Prize Draw is as follows:
a) Prize Draw promotion commences June 30th, 2021.
Closes 12 midnight EST March 22nd, 2023 .
Draw will be conducted on March 24th, 2023 at 12.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000. - Total potential prize pool is $5000.
- The Prize Winners will be notified by phone, mail or email and published on the Roy Morgan website: www.roymorgan.com/prizedraw within 5 business days.
- In the event of that a Prize Winner cannot be contacted, an unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on April 14th, 2023 at 12pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
- The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (if applicable) will be notified by phone, mail or email and published on the Roy Morgan website: www.roymorgan.com/prizedraw within 2 business days.
- The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct “The survey”. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in “The survey”. However, entrants’ personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than the Promoter for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
