TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIZE ELIGIBILITY

HOW TO ENTER

In order to participate in this promotion, respondents are required to complete a 2026 Benetas Survey (“The Survey”).

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Benetas customers who have completed The Survey (“Eligible Respondents”). Employees of Benetas or Roy Morgan and their immediate families cannot participate in The Survey and are ineligible to win prizes.
3. An Eligible Respondent will receive one (1) entry for completing The Survey. Eligible Respondents receive one (1) entry into the relevant Prize Draw.
4. The method for entering the promotion is by:
   a) Paper based. The respondent will be provided with a hardcopy survey sent to their nominated address.
   b) Online. The hardcopy survey will include a link to provide access to The Survey.
5. Roy Morgan reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with The Survey requirements or these Conditions of Entry, or who is not an Eligible Respondent. Respondents who attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, may be disqualified by Roy Morgan and have their entries removed from the Prize Draw at Roy Morgan’s absolute discretion.
6. All entries must be received by the stated closing date for the relevant Prize Draw of The Survey. No responsibility is accepted by Roy Morgan for late or misdirected entries.
7. During the promotional period there will be one (1) x Prize Draw. Entries received during each period will go into that Prize Draw.  There will be three (3) winners per Prize Draw.
8. Promotion for the Prize Draw commence in the following order:
   a) Prize Draw promotion commences September 21, 2026. Closes 11.59pm AEDT October 30, 2026.
   b) Draw will be conducted on November 9, 2026 at 12.00pm AEDT at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
9. Prize Draw: the first three (3) valid entries drawn in the Prize Draw will each receive a gift card to the value of $100.
10. In the event of there being any unclaimed prizes an unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on December 7, 2026 at 12.00pm AEDT at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
11. Winners (including the winner of the unclaimed prize draw) will be notified by phone or email/mail and published on the Roy Morgan website: www.roymorgan.com/prizedraw within 14 business days after the Prize Draw.
12. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
13. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct The Survey. If the information requested is not provided, the entry will be invalid and the entrant will not participate in The Survey.  However, entrants’ personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than Roy Morgan for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.  A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to the Roy Morgan Privacy Officer at the address set out below.
