Roy Morgan is also committed to providing continued service to you, our clients. We are working hard and do not anticipate any disruptions to our client service. All Roy Morgan client service staff are able to work remotely within a secure corporate environment.
Roy Morgan interviewed face-to-face this weekend (March 14/15, 2020), however from this point forward face-to-face interviewing is being suspended to comply with social distancing provisions and will be conducted using methods including telephone and online interviewing techniques as needed to ensure safety, health and well-being of interviewers, respondents and the public.
Roy Morgan is committed to providing the critical information about the Australian peoples’ attitudes and behavior over this difficult and complex time. Our surveys on the impacts on businesses from the coronavirus COVID-19 and associated challenges will continue to be published and will be available on our website.
