ROY MORGAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIZE ELIGIBILITY Wave 25 Household Bonus Prize Draw

HOW TO ENTER

In order to participate in this promotion, every eligible respondent in a household is required to complete and return a Wave 25 Main Personal Questionnaire interview. (“The Survey”). All respondents in a fully responding household who complete The Survey will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 15 and over who have completed The Survey. (“Eligible Respondents”). Employees of Roy Morgan and their immediate families cannot participate in The Survey and are ineligible to win prizes.
3. An Eligible Respondent will receive one (1) entry for completing The survey into the relevant Prize Draw.
4. Roy Morgan reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with The Survey requirements or these Conditions of Entry, or who is not an Eligible Respondent. Respondents who attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, may be disqualified by Roy Morgan and have their entries removed from the Prize Draw at Roy Morgan’s absolute discretion.
5. All entries must be received by the stated closing date for the relevant Prize Draw of The Survey. No responsibility is accepted by Roy Morgan for late or misdirected entries.
6. During the promotional period there will be eight (8) x Prize Draws. Entries received during each period will go into that Prize Draw. There will be one (1) winner per Prize Draw.
7. Promotion for the Prize Draws commence in the following order:
a) Prize Draw 1 promotion commences July 29, 2025.  Closes 12 midnight AEST August 20, 2025. Draw will be conducted on August 22, 2025 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
b) Prize Draw 2 promotion commences July 29, 2025.  Closes 12 midnight AEST September 24, 2025.  Draw will be conducted on September 26, 2025 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
c) Prize Draw 3 promotion commences July 29, 2025.  Closes 12 midnight AEST October 15, 2025.  Draw will be conducted on October 17, 2025 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
d) Prize Draw 4 promotion commences July 29, 2025.  Closes 12 midnight AEST November 12, 2025.  Draw will be conducted on November 14, 2025 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
e) Prize Draw 5 promotion commences July 29, 2025.  Closes 12 midnight AEST December 10, 2025.  Draw will be conducted on December 12, 2025 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
f) Prize Draw 6 promotion commences July 29, 2025.  Closes 12 midnight AEST January 14, 2026.  Draw will be conducted on January 16, 2026 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
g) Prize Draw 7 promotion commences July 29, 2025.  Closes 12 midnight AEST February 11, 2026.  Draw will be conducted on February 13, 2026 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
h) Prize Draw 8 promotion commences July 29, 2025.  Closes 12 midnight AEST March 18, 2026.  Draw will be conducted on March 20, 2026 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
8. Prize Draw: the first valid entry drawn in each Prize Draw will receive an EFTPOS card to the value of $500.
9. Total prize pool over the eight (8) Prize Draws is $4,000.  The total prize pool of each of the eight (8) Prize Draws is $500.
10. Parental Consent is obtained at the initial interview. If the winner of a Prize Draw is under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to the winner’s legal parent or guardian as trustee for the winner.
11. In the event of there being any unclaimed prizes an unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on April 10, 2026 at 3.00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
12. Winners (including the winner of the unclaimed prize draw) will be notified by phone, email or mail and published on the Roy Morgan website: www.roymorgan.com/prizedraw within 5 business days after each Prize Draw. Publication will include the winners first name as an initial, last name and postcode of residence.
13. The EFTPOS card will be posted to the winner by Registered Mail. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the EFTPOS card has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
14. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promotor, the Promotor may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
15. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct The Survey. If the information requested is not provided, the entry will be invalid and the entrant will not participate in The Survey.  However, entrants’ personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than Roy Morgan for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.  A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to the Roy Morgan Privacy Officer at the address set out below.
