New data from Roy Morgan shows satisfaction with superannuation funds now at a record high 67.6%. People belonging to Public Sector Superannuation Funds, set up for employees of federal and state governments and their related entities, are Australia’s most satisfied superannuation fund members. They are followed by those with Self Managed Super Funds, then Industry Funds and finally Retail funds, with members of the Major Retail funds operated by the Big 4 banks the least satisfied of all.

New financial data from Roy Morgan shows ING not only retained its position at the top of banking customer satisfaction ratings among home loan customers, it increased an already exceptional score of 94.4% in November 2020 to 95.1% in December 2020. This is up 5.1% on a year earlier (89.3% in December 2019).

Now 80% of Australians say they would be willing to be vaccinated if a new Coronavirus vaccine became publicly available, up 1% point since late January. In addition, 61% of Australians say mask wearing should be compulsory and 57% don’t want State borders to be completely open according to a special Roy Morgan SMS survey into Australian attitudes towards COVID-19.
